Ron_Velma

Born in Flint, MI. I have been married to my wife, Velma, since 1987 and have four children. Oldest is in college studying to be a Math teacher; the other three attend a small private school in Troy, MI. I have one younger brother who lives in Franklin, TN with his wife and four children. I love living in Michigan!

Ron_Auto_Repair

Upon graduating high school in 1981, I attended Motech Automotive Education Center in Livonia, MI. I completed the program in 11 months and became a certified Auto Technician in 1982. I worked in the automotive industry as a tech for 18 years until my body gave out physically. In 1999, I had to retool my career and it was then that I embarked on my Real Estate adventure.

By 2004, I had become one of the top selling Brokers in SE Michigan. While I was a broker at Keller Williams, I listed and sold over 3000 properties. I gained extensive experience understanding the needs of my clients and took pride in making all transactions a win-win result.

In 2012, I changed my focus to work one-on-one with home sellers. I now purchase properties to fix up and sell, keep as rentals, or sell to my network of cash buyers. Today, I buy houses of all kinds and in any condition. I strive to achieve the best result for all parties involved and have based my business on the principles of integrity, respect, and honesty.

It’s a family business - My wife, Velma, helps me with renovation & staging decisions when we buy fixer-upper properties. She is a very talented administrator and also has a great eye for design and floor plans. She helps me best decide how to make homes beautiful again. My wife is also the Elementary Principal at the school our children attend.

Real estate is how I provide for my family, but I also love what I do! Working directly with sellers to help solve their real estate problems gives me great joy. Whether it’s offering a quick purchase, buying the house in as-is condition, helping navigate the probate process, working with an out-of-state seller, etc; I have done it all!
