This agreement is signed by both you and me and then is sent to Michigan Investment Title. They handle all the rest of the paperwork and put together a complete closing package for your review prior to closing.
Q: If I sell my house without a Realtor, how much in commissions and fees will I not have to pay?
A: Most Realtors charge 6 - 8% of the sales price of the home (that's up to $8000 on a $100,000 home!). Additionally most Realtors are now required by their broker to charge a "transaction fee" or "compliance fee" of $300 - $500. This is just an extra fee to line the pockets of their broker.
Q: I saw that you are a licensed Realtor. Why are you buying houses instead of working with clients?
A: I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan in order to comply with the law and to have access to the tools and information I need to make fair offers. I enjoy the investment segment of the real estate industry the best, but I also help people list vacant properties for sale. I am not a real estate agent that helps buyers find a new home to live in.
